Jaylious is an Orange County-based DJ, producer, and vocalist making cinematic dark electronic. a sound rooted in Gothic Romanticism that blends orchestral textures with dark club energy and deeply personal storytelling. Raised in Singapore, then Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, his multicultural journey shapes every layer of his music.

His earliest obsession was the saxophone  his mother's love of jazz the first sound that shaped him. That melodic foundation eventually transformed into something darker, influenced by the sweeping video game soundtracks of Final Fantasy and MapleStory and the atmospheric depth of ODESZA. He grew up captivated by composers who proved that music could carry the full emotional weight of a story and that became his mission.

Every track Jaylious makes is a journey. Cinematic builds, immersive sound design, and his signature detuned cello drop pull listeners into worlds that feel more like short films than songs. The darkness is always intentional. So is the beauty inside it.

His 2024 debut album Sinister Sister and his 2025 Saturday EP established him as an artist unafraid to turn personal pain into something you can feel on a dancefloor. His new single Point Zero  available now in Dolby Atmos on Apple Music, goes even deeper. It's about reaching a low so deep that everything goes quiet. Not sadness. Emptiness. And what it takes to come back from there, one small moment at a time.
